Malcolm's Second "Tale"

On February 5, I took my two dogs, Malcolm and Casey, to the park. Casey was unleashed while Malcolm was leashed. After 30 minutes in the dog run I thought they were tired so I thought we could go walk around the park. When I started the walk, Malcolm pulled so hard that I had to let him go. Then they started to run and they didn't stop. I called them to come but they continued. They ran so far I couldn't see them anymore. I looked for them but couldn't find them. Inbetween the tears I called HomeAgain. I was expecting a call that they would be found back in the park. The call never came. I cried myself to sleep because my two best buddies were gone. This morning I got a call saying that animal control picked them up at the same dog park where I had lost them. They couldn't read their tags so they called HomeAgain to get my info. They are fine now that they are home. Malcolm just lost his leash while they were gone. Thank you HomeAgain with out you guys my buddies would still be in animal control.

  2. Verify that your contact information is correct and upload a recent picture of your missing dog, cat, or other pet.
  3. Create a Lost Pet poster using the uploaded photo.
  4. Send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.

  1. Call 1-888-HOMEAGAIN (1-888-466-3242). Our Lost Pet Specialists are available 24/7.
  2. Explain the situation to your Lost Pet Specialist, who will create a Lost Pet poster using the most recent photo on your pet’s HomeAgain profile.
  3. Your Lost Pet Specialist will immediately send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.
