Our baby's back!

We lost our dog, who wandered off from our house, and just 18 hours later, we got a call from the nearby animal hospital that someone had brought her in!

I couldn't have asked for a more timely response. When she went missing, I freaked out because I didn't know her tag ID. I called the vet that implanted her though, and they gave me the chip ID and the number to call (HomeAgain). I called HomeAgain, and the lady I spoke with was SO helpful and comforting. She updated my account with all my current information, and instructed me how to set-up the "Lost Pet" posters/notification. I sent everything out and then, just 4 1/2 hours after updating my info and sending out notifications, I was called by the animal hospital.

Thank you SO much to HomeAgain and to the gentleman that returned our baby, Roxy. You'll never know just how deeply indebted we feel to you guys!

  2. Verify that your contact information is correct and upload a recent picture of your missing dog, cat, or other pet.
  3. Create a Lost Pet poster using the uploaded photo.
  4. Send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.

  1. Call 1-888-HOMEAGAIN (1-888-466-3242). Our Lost Pet Specialists are available 24/7.
  2. Explain the situation to your Lost Pet Specialist, who will create a Lost Pet poster using the most recent photo on your pet’s HomeAgain profile.
  3. Your Lost Pet Specialist will immediately send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.

Call now and the recovery process will be underway by the time you hang up the phone.
